WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRINTS ?
I am using the most advanced printing services and printing materials to achieve the best print quality.
The availability of papers and canvas depends on your location as it is shipped from local factories.

Fine Art prints are printed digitally on matt, acid-free paper with pigment based inks to guarantee an archival quality and fade-resistant Fine Art print that will last a lifetime.

Framed prints come with a white 2-3 inch border on all sides and are printed on a satin finish paper.

An outer 1.25 inch solid black or white frame encases the whole item.

Canvas prints are precision printed on high quality polyester canvas and are stretched around 1.25 inch wooden frame bars.
SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY
Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 9 to 12 days.
Shipping is available to almost any country in the world.

We currently do not ship to Iran, Crimea, Syria, North Korea, Sudan and Cuba.

Art prints are not (yet) available in South & Central America, Australia and New Zealand.

Framed prints are not (yet) available in Asia, Middle East and Africa.
In most cases, the product is being manufactured and shipped locally, but in some cases items are shipped internationally, therefore order may be delayed while crossing the border, according to the local customs regulation.
PACKAGING
Every artwork that is ordered is being packaged professionally to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
I work with reliable shipping services to keep your art safe.
Every printed artwork goes through a quality check before sending it out to you, making sure that your will become a happy and returning customer.
All art packages come with the branding of the local printing company that I am in contact with.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details. We receive your order details in our system and it is processed automatically after 1 business day.
Orders are usually produced within 3 business days, then being viewed by a quality control team and sent to a shipping facility.
In most cases, when the order is shipped an automated e-mail with the shipment tracking details will be sent to you and you can follow up on it. Orders usually (depending on country or region) arrive within 12 business days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ART PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If the product you have ordered arrived damaged please send us the order number and a picture and that shows the damage, and we will examine it.
DO NOT DISCARD ANY ITEMS unless you have been asked to do so by our Customer Service Agent.
WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
You can choose to pay with either PayPal or credit/debit cards.
