Collecting NFT Art
The acronym NFT stands for 'Non Fungible Token'. An NFT is a digital certificate of a code, which shows that you are the sole owner of that code. The certificate is related to an object recorded on a blockchain. A blockchain is a ledger that cryptocurrencies also use.
The object of this certificate is often a digital object, such as one of my Artworks. An NFT Artwork comes with a built-in code which is truly unique in the whole world. By buying and collecting an NFT you come into possession of this unique code and own a one of a kind, digital version of my art. Even better, you directly support me financially by buying one of my NFT's.
One of the obvious benefits of buying art is that these NFT's Artworks can be sold and traded.
Buying an NFT also gets you some basic usage rights, like posting the image online or use it as your profile picture.
And, of course, you can show everybody that you are a proud owner of my art, with a blockchain entry to prove it.
Most of my original NFT art comes with a free high-res file for a personal print.
